Facts about sleep

I have found out some facts about sleep. That when you go to sleep your brain swings into action telling your body how to sleep, about a while later your body feels a bit drowsy. Another fact about sleep is: your brain gives you a signal to your muscles to relax. Also it tells your heart rate to go slower. And there is another fact called slow wave sleep, your brain sends your blood pressure to go slower. The last stage is REM, it stands for rapid eye movement even though in the rest of your body are totally relaxed. This is when you are dreaming.

why we need sleep

When you play technology late and you go to sleep it makes you feel like its day already.

when you sleep it makes your brain take a rest for the next day.

when you do sports and do activity's it takes away energy and when you sleep it charges your energy back so you feel good in the morning.

when your tired its actually because you have almost ran out of energy.
